Sherry Barber Memorial Undergraduate Scholarship

This scholarship, supported by a fund established in honor of Sherry Barber, provides tuition support to economics students. Sherry Barber graduated from the Department of Economics in 1943 and helped to establish minimum wages across the country, while earning a master’s degree in Economics from Harvard and a law degree from Boston College. Scholarship recipients are full-time undergraduate Economics majors in good academic standing (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher) with financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office.
