Helen M. Izatt and James E. Izatt Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of the fund will be to support undergraduate students from one of the four counties of Western Massachusetts (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire) with financial need as determined by UMass Amherst. Recipients will have a GPA of at least 3.0 and can be any major except one in the School of Public Health and Health Sciences. Preference will be for socioeconomically disadvantaged students with a GPA of 3.5 or greater, who are disproportionally impacted by the lack of resources to continue their education.
