Briggs Scholarship in Political Science

Established to provide annual scholarship support for a full-time matriculated student, with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office, who is pursuing an undergraduate degree majoring in Political Science . Eligible recipients must have: a sufficient number of credits to qualify at least as a sophomore; a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.5; and a demonstrated and continuous record of community service to his/her home community, Amherst and its environs, and/or to the University community.
