Professor Chester Davis Scholarship - Fall

Established to provide financial support to undergraduate students in the W.E.B Du Bois Department of Afro-American Studies. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a student majoring in Afro-American Studies. Preference will be given to a first generation student with financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office. Selection of recipients will be made by the W.E.B. Du Bois Department of Afro-American Studies scholarship committee in consultation with the department chair. The scholarship is not automatically renewable, but award recipients may reapply in subsequent years.
