MassURC Poster Printing Grant for CHC Students

Apply for the MassURC Poster Printing Grant
As a CHC student presenting at MassURC, you are eligible to apply for a MassURC Poster Printing grant. If your department/faculty sponsor does not have access to a large format printer, this may be of particular interest to you.

Awardees will be able to have a standard 36” high x 48” wide poster printed at the W.E.B. DuBois Library’s Digital Media Lab for MassURC for free.  More guidance on submitting files and printing with the Digital Media Lab can be found here: https://www.library.umass.edu/printing/ In particular, students are advised to set the correct dimensions and export their poster as a properly formatted PDF to ensure posters print correctly.

Apply through AcademicWorks by the priority deadline of 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2026. If you have not already completed the University’s general application, please do so, then search for “MassURC“ for the specific poster printing grant application.

We expect to notify this round of awardees on Thursday, April 9. If awarded,  please provide your files to the Digital Media Lab as soon as possible upon notification, and at least 3 days before you intend to pick up your poster given the volume of posters expected. Please also identify yourself as a CHC student.
