Elaine E. Nord Internship Fund for Creative Communications

This internship funding opportunity is made available through the generous donation of Elaine E. Nord ‘81, a UMass Amherst alumna who majored in Communication. The award was established to support an internship in a mass-communications field, with preference given to a student whose work focuses on the use of technology to create media content, documentary or other forms of video production, or the field of photography. The goal of this internship will be to develop necessary skills, experiences, and networking opportunities for undergraduates in the Department of Communication. Candidates must be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
