Christopher L. Stone Scholarship

The Christopher L. Stone Scholarship was established through the generosity of BMB alumnus Christopher Stone (B.S. ’87) to support current and rising BMB seniors in their professional goals. Throughout his career, Chris has remained deeply appreciative for his time at UMass Amherst and how his experience as part of the BMB community shaped his academic path and personal growth. He believes that the field of biochemistry and molecular biology offers a unique opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the world. This award is intended to support current and rising BMB seniors as they use their BMB degrees to pursue fulfilling careers and lives.
