Alexis Kuhr Memorial Scholarship
The purpose of the fund is to support MFA students in Art in their second or third year of the program with financial need as determined by the University. Recipients should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate excellence in their art practice. Preference will be given to graduate students who are the first in their family to attend college.

- Are you in the 2nd or 3rd year of your graduate degree?
- Please submit a short artist statement (approximately 150 words) describing your overall artistic practice, interests, and approach to making work. This statement should provide context for the work in your portfolio.
- Please submit a digital portfolio in a single PDF containing 3-5 images or links to time-based work. Please note: Graduating Senior applicants are required to physically display work during Commencement Week. Students will be notified in advance, regarding which work(s) to display, and where/when to submit them.
