New England Farm and Garden Association Scholarship

The New England Farm and Garden Association Scholarship was established with funding when the association disbanded. The association was a women’s organization founded in 1918 and dedicated to the advancement of education and the conservation of the New England environment. The CNS scholarship is awarded to full-time rising sophomore, junior, or senior students in the College of Natural Sciences who are studying in the fields of agriculture, the environment, or sustainability, who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and who have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office. Preference will be given to students with a strong track record of extracurricular activities that demonstrates commitment to the environment and our natural surroundings. The scholarship may be renewed but students must reapply.
