Howard E. Bigelow and Margaret E. Barr Bigelow Memorial Scholarship
The Howard E. Bigelow and Margaret E. Barr Bigelow Memorial Scholarship was established by a bequest from Professor Margaret Barr Bigelow, who taught in the Department of Biology from 1957 to 1989. The scholarship supports students studying botany or a discipline as closely associated with botany as possible. The award provides summer research funding for graduate students working in the lab of a Department of Biology faculty member.
