A New York native who put herself through school, Cynthia (Cindy) Delia Coddington graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass Amherst) in 1981 with a degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School. After becoming a CPA and earning an MS in Taxation from Bentley University, she embarked on a successful financial services career, first at Coopers & Lybrand and then with David L. Cindy is also a Managing Director with Golden Seeds, a nationwide network of angel investors dedicated to the empowerment of women entrepreneurs. A graduate of Hartwick (BA) and Babson (MBA) Colleges, D. Mitchell (Mitch) Coddington, also a CPA, began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, after which he spent over 30 years in the private equity industry. In addition to UMass Amherst, Cindy and Mitch support a variety of non-profit organizations within their communities and academia.
