Mr. William H. Higgins and Mrs. Erika G. Higgins

This scholarship fund was established by William H. and Ericka Higgins, the parents of Glenn A. Higgins, wishing to honor the memory and spirit of their son. Glenn lost his life in a tragic accident while returning home from his Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) assignment. Glenn graduated from the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in 1993.
