Joseph Hartshorn Graduate Scholarship in Quaternary Geology

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarship support to one or more Department of Earth, Geographic, and Climate Sciences graduate students. Priority will be given to students studying Quaternary Geology, surficial processes, glacial geology, or related fields that were of particular interest to Professor Hartshorn. The awards will be used to help cover the cost of field research, although analytical and laboratory costs to investigate Quaternary science problems may also be supported at the discretion of the scholarship committee.
