English Opportunity Fund

The English Opportunity Fund provides grants for undergraduate English majors to pursue opportunities that will augment and enhance their academic experience. Approved funding opportunities include books, computer supplies, study abroad, internships, and attending conferences off-campus. Recipients must have demonstrated need as determined by the financial aid office and are chosen based on the strength of their application and achievement within the department. Applications are gathered over the winter break and awards will be made in March to allow students to receive funds for the spring and fall semesters and opportunities throughout the summer.
