Jane Lunin Perel Poets’ Fund

Offered by MFA alumna Jane Lunin Perel (MFA ‘71) in recognition of the value this program gave to her life. The award is intended to provide support to first-year (rising second-year) MFA poets in good standing who demonstrate a passion for the UMass MFA program through their involvement and engagement.

Submit one PDF of up to five unpublished original poems (no more than 10 pages). Do not put your name on the document. In addition, please share a short reflection (not more than 500 words) about your involvement and engagement in the program, department, and/or university.
