RTX Finance Leadership Development Program Scholarship*

This scholarship supports sophomore or junior finance majors with a 3.2 GPA or higher. Recipients must demonstrate leadership qualities inside and outside the classroom and must be highly motivated. First preference is given to women and students who self-identify as ethnic minorities. Recipients must be US Citizens or have permanent resident status.
