Charles J. Dockendorff Endowed Scholarship Fund

The purpose of the gift is to provide scholarship support to incoming, first-year students in the Isenberg School of Management. Preference will be given to members of the YMCA in Brockton, MA. Should there be no students who are members of the YMCA in Brockton, students who are members of the other Old Colony YMCA branches (Middleboro, East Bridgewater, Easton, Plymouth, Stoughton, Taunton) will have preference.

This scholarship is renewable for up to eight semesters. It is the Donor’s wish that the Fund support the full cost of tuition and fees for each academic year. The Fund Administrator will have full authority to determine the award amounts and the number of scholarship recipients each year, which will be dependent upon the annual distribution and the cost of attending UMass Amherst. However, once a student receives their first award, every attempt will be made to ensure that subsequent awards will be no less than the original award amount, provided funds are available.

The Fund will be administered at the discretion of the Dean of the Isenberg School of Management or their designee.
