Robert J. McCartney Orphans Scholarship Fund

Established to aid industrious and deserving students enrolled at the University of Massachusetts. Awards shall be made to needy and deserving students who do not have parents; he or she must be domiciled in Massachusetts and have been a permanent resident of Massachusetts for at least one year prior to the academic period for which the award is made.
