Sherry Barber Memorial Undergraduate Scholarship
This scholarship is supported by a fund established in honor of Sherry Barber. Sherry Barber graduated from the Department of Economics in 1943 and helped to establish minimum wages across the country, while earning a master’s degree in Economics from Harvard and a law degree from Boston College. The purpose of the Fund is to establish a scholarship(s) for students in the Department of Economics who demonstrate financial need through their Financial Aid application with the Financial Aid Office. Eligibility for the scholarship will be based on financial need; however, the final decision among eligible candidates will be based on academic merit.
