Glenn A. Higgins Memorial Scholarship

Established to provide scholarship assistance to a student who is pursuing graduate level work at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and who has served for at least one year as a volunteer in some type of community service with preference given to a student who has served in the Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA), now known as AmeriCorps VISTA Program.
